  • Hi I am a 63 year old divorced women on permanent disability and very much would like to know if its possible for me to purchase a home instead of being stressed out all the time that at any time my current landlord could decide to sell the townhouse or something and I just want my own place and know I will never have to worry about moving again, I have worked very hard on my credit but by no fault of my own I’m now having to fight the dealership I bought my car from they need to be reported I paid every single payments it was a 36 month loan I put 1700 down traded in my old car and ended up paying 18,000 for a 2003 Honda accord that caused me one problem after another the motor had to be replaced 3 months after the purchase but I held up my end of the deal and did auto pay so I was not late on a single payment and I talked to my loan officer who works for cnac who handles all the financing when you purchase a car from j.b byrider these people tried to tell me when my loan only had 5 more payments that were $399.05 a month that I still owed another 6,000, I said you people are not getting away with this I did everything I was supposed to never missed one payment or never a day late I said I’m making my 40rh payment and that’s all your getting from me I told them I’m contacting the states attorneys office so they haven’t sent me anything after I said that but there reporting to the 3 credit agency’s that I’m delinquent on my payments which are adversely hurting my credit, I would really appreciate so much some help from someone to help me with which way I should go, any help will be greatly appreciated thank you in advance
